To be considered for a place at Carlton le Willows, you must complete an admissions application form from your local education authority. You will be asked to name four schools in order of preference – further information can be found at http://www.nottinghamshire.gov.uk/education/school-admissions. If you are successful in gaining a place at your first preference school, none of your other choices will be considered. For entrance to the Academy in September 2024 the closing date is 31^st October preceding admission to secondary school.

Students living outside this catchment area who go to one of our feeder primary schools have priority over children attending other schools out of catchment. Places will then be filled based on geographic proximity to the school, measured as a straight line distance from your home address to the main reception office.

Applications for In-year places are processed by the school.  We are oversubscribed in all year groups but if you would like to make an application for an In-year place at Carlton le Willows Academy, please contact admissions@clwacademy.org.uk. Once completed this can be returned by post or email to the Academy.

The outcome of your application will be sent to you within 15 school days, but we aim to notify applicants of the outcome within 10 school days.
