During their time at Carlton le Willows Sixth Form students follow a programme of education, advice and guidance about their future career plans, helping to support them to make the right choices.

As part of this programme all students are also expected to undertake one week’s work experience in Year 12. This work experience placement takes place at the end of June and should be allied to a chosen career path.
